PRESCHOOL AGE GYMNASTICS
We know that preschool age children need physical activity to enhance their physical and mental growth. Our preschool gymnastics program is structured so that every child will benefit from the activities that they practice in class. We also know that all children have different levels of ability and maturity. Therefore, we have different levels within our preschool program so that each child can be challenged according to their current abilities. Classes are taught in a fun and positive atmosphere where our most important objective is to make the children feel good about themselves and what they can do.

Level 1-2 Girls Level 1 is an introduction to basic gymnastics skills. The students will learn beginning skills on Bars, Beam, Tumbling, Trampoline, and Vault. The skills and drills taught in Level 1 will help increase strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence. Level 2 builds on the skills learned in Level 1. The skills are designed to build on each other so at this point the gymnastics are able to complete full skills rather than the basic form of the drill. Also, gymnasts will have more strength and flexibility at this level to enable them to perform more drills in preparation for Level 3. |
